What should you wear?

The osteopath will need to look at the whole length of the spine so we suggest that patients bring shorts/loose fitting leggings to change into, and women may like to wear a strappy top. We will respect your modesty and the osteopath will leave the room whilst you change. You will be covered with a towel during treatment.

You are welcome to bring a chaperone (friend/relative) into the treatment room with you.

The osteopath will also check the arches in your feet so you will be required to take your shoes and socks off.

Children are always welcome and if you need to bring the children with you that is fine; there are toys in the treatment room for the children to play with.
